My workout routine


Cycle 20 mins - Cardio Program 


Abs 
40 sit-ups 
40 crunches 
40 leg raise 
(2 reps) 


Arms 
10 push up 
Weights (Underarm) - 30 
Plank - 1 min 


Thighs 
"Call me maybe" squats by blogilates (Search on YouTube)
Inner-thigh lifts - 100 (Each leg) 


Butt 
Front leg raise - 180 (Each side) 
"What makes you bootiful" routine by Blogilates (Search on YouTube)

30 Jumping Jacks 
10 Burpees

4 km run once a week 
Swim once a week 
Skips 3 times a week (400 each time) 


Eat Clean
Balanced Diet 
Low Carbs 
No Fast food
